The political action committee of the Nebraska Farmers Union announced on Thursday, July 23, its endorsement of Dan Osborn for US Senate in the 2026 general election. NeFu President John Hansen said he believes Osborn will represent “the little guys and gals in our society who work for a living.” This marks a reversal for NeFU, which endorsed Osborn’s opponent when he ran in 2024—incumbent Republican Sen. Deb Fischer.
