Citing a web of political relationships among those involved, Lancaster County attorney candidate Randy Ritnour called for an independent prosecutor in the investigation of Good Government Lincoln’s alleged fraudulent petition signatures.
Ritnour addressed current County Attorney Pat Condon in a press conference Thursday. He said the call was not an accusation of wrongdoing, but a “request for independence,” because Condon and leaders at Good Government Lincoln have supported the same local campaigns in the past.
