Cortland farmer Briana Bartlett raised concern about data center developers targeting rural areas to exploit natural resources while the Gage County Planning and Zoning Commission was considering an 18-month moratorium.
After more than two dozen speakers and over three hours of comments, the measure advanced and is waiting on a vote from the Gage County Board of Supervisors.
