At a Lincoln town hall last Tuesday, July 28, Rep. Mike Flood (R-Neb.) defended his vote for the SAVE Act. But the bill would do more than require voter ID. It would require documentary proof of citizenship to register to vote, raising questions about how the change could affect Nebraskans.
